Touch a Truck

Okay, so here goes my first try at blogging. My life certainly doesn't seem interesting enough to write about, I guess that's what Kayleb is for.

Saturday, while Gary was working, Kayleb and I went to Touch a Truck at the Orleans. At Touch a Truck, kids get to climb on and explore vehicles like big rigs, fire trucks, police cars, and construction equipment. Kayleb had a blast. I thought he would be kinda shy without his daddy there. Boy was I wrong. He jumped right in everything. He played on a backhoe, dump truck, fire truck, police cars, SWAT team van, and an off road vehicle. Those all were his favorite. He was so well behaved. He walked next to me and pointed to the vehicles he wanted to go to. He waited patiently for his turn in line.

After we left, we went and had lunch a Red Robin. Then we went to visit Gary at work. We got there just as he was getting off. As soon as we pulled up, Kayleb was so exicted when he saw all the equipment. He got in his Daddy's blade and was so happy.

By the time we got home, Kayleb was so exhausted. He took a nap and then we went over to our friends, Kendall & McCall's for dinner. Kayleb and Ella always have a good time together. Kayleb loves it over there. He makes himself right at home.
